Mango Mayonnaise Wrap

Ingredients:

Collard Leaf (1 or 2)
1/2 Cup Sliced Tomato
1/2 Cup Sliced Red Pepper
1 Cup Chopped Lettuce

Sauce:
1 Cup Chopped Mango
1 Tbsp. Tahini
1 Medjool Dates

Hi Megan, I was wondering if you had any suggestions for what would make an equally tasty "mayonnaise" instead of mango? Unfortunately, I'm allergic to it, which sucks because it features in so many raw recipes! Thanks for any suggestions!

Melanie, in the video she suggests peaches. Mangoes are used so often mainly because of their texture.
